The HR Balanced Scorecard is a great tool for the management of Human Resources. It balances interests of employees within HR Organization. No manager can earn a higher portion of responsibilities, because the balanced scorecard sets boundaries. The balanced scorecard is a great companion to the HR Model, and it makes the life of the HR Manager easier. Making decisions is easier because the manager has a tool that facilitates the decision making process.
However, the scorecard needs to be balanced. It cannot put more weight on one category. The HR Team can focus on the category to bring a quick improvement, but overall goals and targets needs to be in a healthy balance.
